I noticed your website said you are in ‘Beta.’ What does that mean?
Glohaven Community Hub’s site is in development, and in order to test each new facet of our site, we are asking the general public to test with us, purchase from us, and enjoy buying unique local products and experiences. We ask for kindness and patience, as this is just the beginning and there could be little ‘bugs’ here and there as our developers are working hard to perfect We’ve planted the seed, and we are watching our saplings grow. Are you shipping as normal when I purchase products from a Glohaven Store?
Each vendor in Glohaven’s Marketplace has their own shipping policies. Please refer directly to the Glohaven Vendor’s Store you are purchasing from.

Are you shipping as normal when I purchase a GLOBOX?
We offer standard shipping with Canada Post for all GLOBOX’s. Local delivery from our HQ in Vernon, BC, is up to 2 days, regional up to 5 days, and national is up to 9 days. If you need your GLOBOX more quickly, you have the option to pay for Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority which is a next day service depending on how quickly you need it, and what you’d like to pay. You can find this option when you purchase your GLOBOX.
We also offer same day local delivery service within Vernon & Area through Driver Dispatcher. Please inquire for local rates to your specific address. Areas included for delivery are currently Vernon, Silver Star, Coldstream, Lavington, Lumby, Spallumcheen, Westside, Armstrong, Enderby, and Lake Country.

Where is my order notification?
Once you’ve placed an order with us you’ll receive an email to the address provided. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder and double check you entered your email address correctly. If you still haven’t received one after 24 hours, please contact us below so we can advise you further.

How do I return my order?
Each vendor in Glohaven’s Marketplace has their own return and refund policies. Please refer directly to the Glohaven Vendor’s Store you purchased from.
There are no refunds or returns for GLOBOX’s. We truly hope you love the contents we’ve carefully and thoughtfully curated. If however, something arrived damaged, please reach out to us via our contact form below, let us know what the item was, and send a picture and a description to our Customer Service Representatives.

We’re taking Covid-19 seriously and want to ensure the well-being and safety of both customers and staff at all times. Our office staff have been working from home, and will visit our customers within their respected comfort levels. We will happily conduct our business via phone and video calls, or in person with a mask on, or not, and safely distanced. Please let us know your comfort level, and we will happily and respectfully meet you there.
